Making a purchase
Simply browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping click on ‘checkout’ and you will be asked to enter your payment details so we can complete your order.
We accept all major credit cards which will be processed by WorldPay. You may also make a payment over the phone fax or email to the contacts detailed above.
Please note we only trade within the UK
Once you have made your purchase and your payment has been processed we will send you confirmation by email.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day of purchase.
Shipping and handling
Any orders which are over £10.00 will be sent with free postage. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £1.75 and parcels will be sent by Royal Mail.
What if your item is not in stock?
If your item is not in stock we will send you an email right away to let you know. You may cancel your order if you wish or alternatively wait for it to arrive, of course we will keep you updated.

Returns
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 7 days of purchase notifying us in writing or email stating order number and give the reason for cancelation to; Robert Scott & Sons Ltd, Oakview Mill. Greenfield, Oldham, OL3 7HG or email weborder@robert-scott.co.uk You must return goods to us at your expense, the products should be returned in a reasonable condition. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product packaging or used the product. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
